I work with clients to help them change their story by getting them to look forward and sharing with me, with as much clarity as possible, what it is they want and what it will mean to their life when they get it.
Some people ask me, “What if I don’t know what I want?” Not knowing what you want can be frustrating. One helpful tool is to do an affirmation, saying some like this, “I am open and accepting new opportunities into my life.”
I imagine you know how you want to feel when you’ve accomplished a goal, so try focussing your energy there. Visualize the satisfaction, the smile you will have, what you’ll be wearing, what your body will feel like. Possibly you, as a whole, will feel lighter, less anxious and more confident.
This type of exercise takes us out of a deficit mindset and raises our vibration enough to begin attracting the things we desire.
