With each breath the air starts to crystalize and sting.  I walk on regardless.
My mind travels and wonders.

When there is light there is hope that this new day could bring something different to me if I could just remain still long enough to be open to exploring the many possibilities that offer change.

In chaos often we do not see our own light, therefore we must breathe even deeper and pay even closer attention to the sting that lets us know we are alive in this moment – not the next and not the last but this one.

When conditions are less than favourable we have other choices than, to give up or give in, for neither of these help you find the way to your essence, your true sense of self.

Instead, we must look for the beacon, our inner-guidance system; that voice that knows you like no other, to show you the way.  For there is always another way.

Today I am not here to bring you the light.  I am here to tell you you are the light.
