Creating a new plan never gets old for me, especially when the old plan has lost its umph.
Transitioning from one plan to the next can feel like such a waste of time, until we get there, then reflect.
We begin to understand that the uncomfortableness itself was part of a much bigger plan.
Many of us will spend more time and energy wanting to be somewhere other than where we are now just so we feel like we’re doing something productive.
We seem to believe our worth is in the doing.
We’ve conditioned the mind into thinking that as long as there’s enough anxiety in the field that we’re actually making justifiable progress. The anger, the frustration, the self-loathing, all seem to be calls-to-action to solving the problem at hand and the pathway forward.
Can anything be resolved when judgement is doing the navigating?
Can solutions be found in a field of chaotic thinking?
Are we delaying progress and resisting the transition towards new ways of showing up in this new world?🧐
