When we don’t feel that we’re enough the energy that vibrates out is, “Don’t worry about me, I’ll fine, it’s okay” or “Why bother, no one cares anyway” In this field of hopelessness its heart-wrenching what we’ll tolerate to belong. Without even knowing we disassociate from our circumstance — just to survive. Our energy vibrates a subconscious program, an old story, that says, dim it down — don’t create conflict or upset, its all good. When it’s clearly NOT!
We crave to matter – to belong. We fantasize about a different life – something more fulfilling than our own. We look outside ourselves for the answers and we are left with continual disappointment. Why? Cause we need to go within. Everything we will ever need to matter is within us, waiting for ignition.
So how do we move forward when we fear losing everything that matters – everything that we’ve sacraficed to date?
Friends, our tenacious mind has gotten us to here…so its quite clear we’ve got grit and resilience. We’ve been using our super powers to survive our circumstances – not define them.
What would life look like in a year or so if we were to use that same grit to turn our engine over to thriving with confidence, generating self-love out our yingyangs???? Scary eh? I know! That’s what gets us stuck – we look too far forward and that scares us into stuckness…and so we settle for less – less of us.
Self-love isnt about saying, “screw you” to everyone else. Its about ending the suffering within us and the negative projections around us. Meaning, no more negative talk towards ourselves or towards another. Using the car metaphor again, we’re trying to end road rage. Learning to drive beside each other and not fighting for the same lane. We need to think of the perfect destination…and then think about what actions need to take place to arrive at that specific location. It’s a healthier approach than one fuelled by, shame, blame and guilt. Love thy self, while driving, eventually harmonizes everything. As for those backseat drivers – who aren’t quite on board with us driving… we’ll love them anyway – and say, buckle-up! We’ll take short day trips, vibrating the energy of, WE MATTER – like a mamma bear to her soul???????? we will find our way home.
